Look For An Exciting English Book. We all know that we should read books and all teachers will tell you this. But do you actually know WHY it is important to read a lot when you study English? Here is the main reason. When you are reading a book, you meet the same words many-many times and you learn them in such a way. Besides, you see words in sentences and general context. Studying a word from a context you meet the word in makes memorizing vocabulary much easier and long-lasting than studying it from your notebook where there is only a word and its translation. So when looking for a book to read, remember the main three main points:
1. Take a book that is interestintg for you. If you don`t follow this simple advice, reading will be super boring.
2. A book can`t be too difficult or too easy for your English. If you don`t understand a word take something else.
3. Read at least a few pages every week. Regular reading is much better than once in a blue moon))

I'm agree with this tip 100%! I like read very much and it helped me not to forget English for 7 years!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is a very useful advice. I love to read books,but there is one problem I never have enough time for this.I think this picture is from the movie,where Merilyn Monroe was starred.I would like to read detective or some relaxing book.

DeleteSo, Vira, my husband found what about this movie. This movie is "How to marry a millionaire". Merilyn is reading her book upside down because she wants to draw the rich man attention to her.
DeleteRight, that`s a picture from that movie. But Marilyn reads the book upside down because she is very short-sighted and she can`t see that she is reading it in a wrong way. And Marilyn doesn`t want to wear glasses because she thinks she is ugly with glasses on and no millionaire will marry her:)) That`s a hilarious film. You should watch it!
